This was an exceptional overnight stay. I needed to spend the night near the airport for an early AM flight. This location was perfect. The staff were friendly & helpful; there were complimentary cookies in the afternoon with complimentary bananas, muffins (or the hot breakfast at 6AM -- but I missed that due to an early flight). Their airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes which again was a delightful surprise. The driver was on time to pick us up at 3:30AM, was cheerful & helpful. Everything was just perfect! I'll definitely opt to stay here again for my next early AM flight

We live locally, but stayed here for one night before an early flight. The room included a king bed, nice sofa, and plenty of room. We took an early airport shuttle to the terminal, no problem. There is a pool / hot tub, but we didn't have time to use it. Free cookies and coffee 24-7 in the lobby. There is no restaurant on site, but the staff arranged a ride for us to the other Radisson a half-mile away, where there was a decent restaurant in the building. There is a free buffet breakfast, but we had to leave before it opened, so I can't comment on it.

It is very convenient, great shuttle service in our experiences, fantastic breakfast (one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had), most of the staff is really friendly and helpful, very clean rooms and lobby, comfortable rooms and beds, well decorated for the holidays. HVAC system works well and drowns out any noise you might hear. A very good airport experience, even for flights leaving at odd hours.

Duy and Thomas, the drivers who picked me up from the airport then took me back the following morning, displayed exceptional service. In Portland, where service nowadays generally is horrid at best, these gentleman provided smiles, assistance, knowledge and made 42 hours of flying easier. Those two guys are models to whom their fellow staff can look up to as examples of amazing customer service.

Clean, breakfast included, not just a regular included breakfast but a personalized omelet chicken fired steak and biscuits and gravy fresh fruit… I could go on and on. This is my 3rd time here and it will always be my go to! The thing that stands out the most is the staff! All 3 times different staff but ALWAYS the same professionalism courtesy kindness and Aloha!
